The apartment is also less than five minutes to nearby interstates making travel throughout the suburbs incredibly easy. At any time, day or night, you’re a few minutes’ walk from local shops, restaurants, coffee shops (including a Starbucks), shopping, and night life. Only a few minutes bike or car ride to VCU. Also minutes away is Richmond's downtown night life and daytime history in the Shockoe Slip and Church Hill.

This is a row home with a basement apartment. Both spaces are separate with separate entrances. The only thing shared is the laundry room. Both spaces can lock the door into the laundry room for safety and security.
