The apartment is also less than five minutes to nearby interstates making travel throughout the suburbs incredibly easy. At any time, day or night, you’re a few minutes’ walk from local shops, restaurants, coffee shops (including a Starbucks), shopping, and night life. Only a few minutes bike or car ride to VCU. Also minutes away is Richmond's downtown night life and daytime history in the Shockoe Slip and Church Hill.

A February 2018 renovation - everything is brand new!! Through the apartment's private entrance and patio, inside you'll find a luxury shower with glass surround and upgrades throughout the space including a kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and brand-new cabinetry all fully stocked with everything you should need to include a microwave and coffee maker (with timer) to make your stay as easy as possible. The queen-sized bed is a brand-new pillow top mattress. Additionally, the space offers a comfortable sofa making this a great space for up to three people (though it is ideal for 2)! Need to do laundry during your stay? There is a common area laundry room available for you to use.
Other Details to Note
The apartment is located on a corner lot at street level in a walkout basement with three sides above ground and ample natural light through the full sized windows.

Walkable to everything local and a few minutes’ drive from local interstates you’ve got access to everything Richmond has to offer! If you’re looking to explore the entire city Richmond does offer a bike share program, you’ll find a city bus stop one block from the apartment, or of course Uber and Lyft are both available in Richmond.
